Transition

We welcome future parents/carers and students to The Cornerstone Academy, where we have strived to create a bespoke transition package to ensure our newest students feel fully prepared for joining us in September. Students receive a welcome letter from our Principal, highlighting key transition dates. Following this, parents/carers will receive an enrolment form to complete, along with details of how to access our transition handbook which contains information to support parents and students through the transition from primary into secondary, Frequently Asked Questions and information about our school uniform supplier. We hope the content here will introduce you to life at The Cornerstone Academy and allow students to feel comfortable when they arrive to us in September.
