https://bcpaccesstofoodmap.v88.co.uk/dl/da19fa This is the access to food map. It shows where you can get food if needed across BCP. This is food banks, community shops and community café’s!! It is really good!!

https://www.stopbreathethink.org.uk/ This is to support students’ mental health. They can access this themselves for information or they can sign up for free counselling sessions.

www.familylives.org.uk A 24hr Parentline service. Call about any family issues big or small. You can email or speak with parent support workers. They also do Face to Face groups run nationally.

This service provides:

  • Help with practical information and guidance

Here you’ll find lots of practical advice on how to deal with common teen issues. 

https://www.seeitdifferently.org/ - See it Differently aims to help parents resolve their conflict in healthier ways. Parents can book a secure web chat with a ‘listener’ to talk about their relationships.

Access to food map which includes a list of community fridge’s and places that offer surplus food within BCP Access to Food Map - community fridges, food banks, pantries, social supermarkets (bcpcouncil.gov.uk)

Household food and energy bills support – Vouchers/grants are administered through Citizen’s Advice. The next round opens for applications from residents on 16th October to 10th November. Full details can be found on the website including a schedule of their community outreach sessions and when the Community Advice Vehicle will be visiting local neighbourhoods  Household Support Fund - Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole (citizensadvicebcp.org.uk).

Wellbeing support - The NHS have produced a pocket information card that provides links to wellbeing and cost of living support services.
